So you've taken the first step and signed up for TourReady to help you find work or hire crew - awesome! Now it's time to get the most out of being a member. Here's our advice on the 5 key things you can do to help you get the most out of TourReady. 

#1 PLAN AHEAD

If you've signed up for a Hiring account, it's always a good idea to not wait to the last minute to hire the crew you need for future tours and events. With TourReady's unlimited Job Postings you can post jobs that are months or even years in advance. The process is quite simple and your job posting will automatically become inactive after the job posting expiration date.

You even get notified of crew that match your job posting. After inputting the details of the job, our automated matching system provides you with multiple options to choose from. Add the people you like to your Contacts so that it's easy to find your favorites when the time is right to hire. 

On the other hand, if you have an account to find work, updating your calendar is an essential part of the planning process. Even though you've booked a job that's 6 months out, it's important to update your calendar. Remember, your profile and calendar directly reflects your availability, skills, and experience to employers so its important to keep your account as current as possible.
