30 days ago we ended our beta and officially launched our online database, which simplifies the way employers find and hire crew in the concert, event, and touring industry. With our official launch, we wanted freelancers to be able to have more choices when it comes to how they find work. So we’ve been working hard on creating different account options to give crew more control over how much access to TourReady they want, and ultimately how much work they’re looking to find. Read on for the new plan breakdown:
Restricted Plan
Our newest FREE plan was designed with crew in mind who wants to keep an eye out for opportunities, but may not be actively looking for work. The Free Restricted Plan allows crew to maintain an active profile, be searched by employers looking for crew, receive job offers, and send limited messages to employers. The Restricted Plan does not allow crew to search and apply for jobs, but it takes less than 5 minutes to subscribe once you’re ready to actively find work!
Roadie Plan
Our most popular plan gives freelance crew full access to everything TourReady – unlimited job offers, full access to searching and applying for job postings, notifications for matching jobs, full profile with video resumes, and our soon-to-be released iOS app! Rockstar Plan
Our Rockstar Plan was designed for freelancers wanting to step up their game. This plan includes everything in the Roadie plan PLUS 3 job verifications per year, a rockstar badge on your profile to set you apart, being listed under the special Rockstar verified search filter, and appearing at the top of all search results.
Employers want to know that a freelancer's experience is legit before they hire them. We require a minimum of two reference checks from previous employers for each Rockstar job verification request, to legitimize past work history so that employers can trust your experience and skills. If all checks out, you will receive a verification that will be used on your profile, and you will become a part of the verification filter separating you from non-verified crew.
